Pulmonary stenosis
Continuous wave doppler across this mildly stenotic pulmonary valve shows
a peak gradient of 23.8 mmHg and a mean of 11.4 mm Hg. Note that there is no significant
pulmonary insufficiency.

Short axis color doppler imaging of the RVOT shows the turbulence in
the proximal pulmonary artery created by the pulmonary valve stenosis.
CW doppler across the pulmonary valve shows the elevated velocity arising
from the stenosis.

Short axis view at the aortic valve level shows the proximal pulmonary
artery and its bifurcation. Here there is only mild PS, but note the slight post-valvar
dilation.
'En face' short axis view of the thickened pulmonary valve.
